The Cisco Entrepreneur Institute is focused on fostering entrepreneurship around the globe. Working with local public and private sector organizations, my main responsibility was running complex projects/programs from design and development to production. Defined requirements and plan project for delivering courses. Defined resources and schedules for project/program implementation. Delivering courses: Starting a Business, Growing a Business, iExec Enterprise Essentials. Etc. Note: I`m CISCO certified trainer for the following courses: iExec Enterprise Essentials, Institute Program Manager and Facilitator and Starting a business.

Job Title/IT Manager and Consultant

The Business Start-Up Centre supports young entrepreneurs to start and improve their own businesses. Work at BSC for me had two different roles. One is IT manager where my main responsibilities were: Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility; Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies; Administer official website, online database and Intranet network. I was also in charge of complete online presentation, internet marketing, social networking etc. The second role was related to the business consulting. My responsibility was: providing objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth or improving the business performance of their clients. As consultant I was also operate across a wide variety of services such as taking care about complete online presentations, e-business and operations of monitoring and implementation of other activities related to the project.

Job Title/Product Manager

I was responsible for the product planning, sales and customer support. I was working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support department to ensure customer satisfaction is met. I was working together with the team in mobile marketing project commonly known as One way and two way communication system.

Job Title/Engineer of marketing

Work at Pexim involved cooperation with the marketing team in all Pexim's branches. Particular task was to develop marketing approaches to existing and new customers. The work involved daily market research tasks and aligning of marketing goals with the goals and objectives of our sales department.

I was working as a consultant for e-business plan and as a project manager for the website www.selo.rs . Site plan promotion, project documentation writing, project documentation for sponsors and sponsorship conferences, etc. Corporate-ministry blog for the purpose of communication between stakeholders.

I work as a consultant in the areas of Business organization, Growing a business, Development and implementing E-Business strategy, Internet Marketing and SMS Marketing in order to make great marketing strategy. Trainer in the fields: business plan, e-business plan, marketing, Internet marketing and e-business. I work also with the team of different freelancers on web sites development and I've created usable, accessible and engaging websites that support web-standards and conform to W3C guidelines.
