Ljubiša Bojić je sproveo istraživanje na temu Ponašanje komunikologa na društvenoj mreži fejsbuk.
Povodom pomenutog istraživanja bitno je naglasiti sledeće činjenice:
- Istraživanje je obavljeno metodom anketiranja i analizom sadržaja obavljene ankete.
- U anketi su učestvovali članovima nekoliko Fejsbuk grupa koje se bave komunikološkim disciplinama.
- Istraživanje su pomogli: Sanja Filipović, Milica Ličina, Aleksandra Majdarević, Sanja Filipović, Aleksandar Urošević, Sandra Jakovljević
Zaključci ovog istraživanja su sledeći:
Početni korisnici koji Fejsbuk koriste manje od godinu dana (22%) ovu društvenu aplikaciju uglavnom vide kao kanal za ličnu ili jednosmernu komunikaciju.
Napredni korisnici (78%) vide Fejsbuk kao mesto za dvosmernu i platformsku komunikaciju mnogih sa mnogima. Među njima se nalaze pasivni napredni korisnici (19,6% od ukupnog broja ispitanika) i aktivni napredni korisnici (58,41%) koji upoznaju nove privatne i poslovne kontakte, otvaraju grupe i stranice i podjednako komentarišu i objavljuju sadržaj na Fejsbuku.
Sličan je broj i profesionalnih korisnika Fejsbuka (58,1) koji vide ovu platformu kao način dvosmerne komunikacije proizvoda/usluge/ideje/osobe sa potrošačima. Među njima su osnovni profesionalni korisnici (38,18%) i napredni profesionalni korisnici (22,72%).
Oni smatraju Fejsbuk komunikaciju kao dobar način za negovanje/promenu imidža i za prikupljanje pobornika/veb-promotera neke osobe/ideje/usluge/proizvoda. Među aktivnim naprednim korisnicima izdvojeni su plemeniti korisnici (42,27%), koji koriste Fejsbuk da dele svoja saznanja i da nauče nešto o životu svojih virtuelnih prijatelja.
