What is a brand?
From my personal experience, I will try to answer the following:
What is a brand?
What does is mean to me?
And what kind of brand I wish to create?
I had a chance to meet a lot of people with small businesses. Individually they only talked about their product(s)impersonally and without the emotions.
I can not understand that!
I strongly bealive that if someone wants results in their work they must believe in what they do and to think in the terms of “my brand is me”.
A brand in humbletearms must be personalize, the product is my brand and speaks represent my name. During my days as a student, theme brand interested me. The most interesting book I read as student “Standing Out by Building Your Brand”, by William Arruda and Kirsten Dixson, Emphasized the following impression:
*An effective personal brand is authentic–it reflects the true character of the individual being branded.
*An effective personal brand repels as many people as it attracts.
*An effective personal brand is consistent.
Mainly I deeply bealive that in so much that if I bealive in what I do and passionaly talk about no one would doubt it. The point be, no it isn`t enought to have a good product (s) without giving the product a personal idendity that will guaranteen success. Create what you believe in, believe in what you do and that will be the only qualifiend reference of your work. Then your brand become a part of you.
