Web 2.0 and cloud computing

One of the key elements that contribute to the rise of Web 2.0 is known as ‘Cloud Computing’. Cloud computing is the process of moving raw data to online storage solutions that are accessed simultaneously to successfully accomplish advanced computing services. Cloud Computing also encompasses the delivery of virtual applications.Cloud computing has become a popular solution for smaller businesses by lowering the barrier of entry for starting a new business and providing independence from internal data infrastructure needs. The reliability, security, and efficiency of cloud computing encourages new users to share and store their information and data externally rather than within their own internal infrastructure. Look at great video and you will be more familiar with cloud computing.

Mashups – starbucks

Mashups describes how the mixture of data and information from different Web resources is organized to serve a new purpose rather than what it was originally designed for. It is the integration of multiple web applications to create a unified user experience.Mashup is made up from various web apps that are combined, annotated, and aggregated from different sources.

As a business strategy, mashups are very interesting. Mashups can create very effective websites and interfaces, which can help many aspects of business, especially the participatory one. For me one of the most impressive case study is Starbucks. What is a story? When Starbucks announced that they would close a few coffee shops. Now as every coffee lover knows, the first question many had was, “Is my Starbucks on the list?” Within a few hours the Seattle Times published a mashup showing the locations of all the Starbucks closings. The site is not generated by hand or any single program, but is a mashup—two sources combined into one site, that is, an overlay of the list from Starbucks, which was passed on to Google Maps via APIs (Application Program Interfaces). In fact, the mashup first showed all blue rumored closings and then was updated with green confirmed closings. So the map overlay is not only a spatial rendering but also a dynamic temporal display.

Persistence as a symbol of entrepreneurs

For young entrepreneurs in every respect the most important is perseverance. A general view of young people who have a vision of business and life, is that if you fail the first time in something, try again and success is inevitable. Great success followed, persistent people and people with an attitude on the issue no matter what. If you are in front of you no matter what obstacles, remember that problems do not just see them on the other hand, different eyes and go forward. In this article, I will write about a few entrepreneurs. Their stories are inspiring, and forward the written proof.Behind the successful people stand persistence and vision.

Milton Hersey had a long and difficult road to the top of the chocolate industry. But what is most important thread, which recognizes the importance of persistence in any business is that it ended only four years of school. He established three companies that were engaged in producing candy in Philadelphia, Chicago and New York. And all were unsuccessful. But did not give up and began working with Lancaster Caramel Company, which has rules Unified caramel recipe, which was the beginning of the path to success. But as he believed that the chocolate business is much bigger and had a vision that, his company sold. I started new business Hershey Company .

Steve Jobs often hear the “long road to the top,” but it’s not always so. Specifically, persistence is not something that occurs only at the start entreprenurial start a business, it is something that has to be a symbol of entrepreneurs and what is the basis of creativity. So, everyone knows the name of Steve Jobs, the head of the U.S. computer company Apple. Work initiated in the 20′s it was, in its 30-team decided to start his job in a different direction, namely, he was employed at the firm he has created! On one occasion he said that it is to working in their own company is the best thing happened to him because he paved the way for creativity and new business.

Walt Disney was ” fired “because he was uncreative. In fact, it’s like someone who can not hire his company to open called Laugh-O-Gram Films 1921st But not long after the opening of the same had to close.Broken but not defeated his remaining few dollars spent for a ticket to Hollywood. But his problems do not stop there . Disney created the cartoon character Oswald Rabbit. But his talks with Universal studio-om not going well. Although the character was his, Universal Studio’s patented without his knowledge the character and hired someone else to vote. So that Disney lost the engagement and no money. As if that were not enough, now known to all the classic cartoons such as The Three Little Pigs, Pinocchio, Bambi, etc.. were “discarded”. But Disney is still stubbornly continued to go forward. When he tried to book Mary Poppins into a movie. Nobody had a hearing to put the book on the big screen. Nearly 16 years have tried that and that I finally have succeeded .Today, the Mary Poppins something with what they grow up. After many failures, not understanding and not understanding Disney has finally became the kingdom under the name of The Disney Company , and thanks to perseverance.
